Sal Mazzaferro is an Italian – Canadian born center-back who currently plays for Loudoun United in the USLC. He has been a standout in his previous seasons with Atlanta United 2 and Austin FC 2 in MLSNP after being drafted by Austin FC in the 2023 MLS Super Draft. Sal has been one of the top CB’s in MLSNP and takes on a new challenge with big expectations with Loudoun United.
Sal made his MLS debut in the 2025 season when he featured against Inter Miami FC.
