Rayan Elloumi joined the Vancouver Whitecaps FC academy in 2023 from BTB Soccer Academy in Edmonton. He worked his way through the youth ranks to the first team in the span of two years. Rayan signed his MLS NEXT Pro contract in June 2025 after impressing with Whitecaps II during his call-ups. He would go on to make his Major League Soccer debut with the first-team shortly after signing his contract.
