Belal Halbouni is currently signed with 1.FC Magdeburg. Halbouni joined the 2. Bundesliga side in the summer of 2022. Prior to that, he spent two years with Werder Bremen where he played with the U23 side and trained with the senior side. Belal came through the Ontario soccer system where he played for FC London, before making the move to Germany. He was also called into a Canadian Men’s National Team camp in January, 2020
